The buyer did a claim due to one package was missing and I fix the issue with the usps by that time the case was closed even when I call paypal. All paypal said was that due to not responding on time this case has end in the buyer favors. Now the buyers has the packages and the money. PayPal basically saying we dont care if he is stealing your money.
