Citibank is not replying to my FIRC request, more than a week.

Hi, 

I have requested FIRC from citibank, followed the instructions provided by Paypal on FIRC, attached the request letter and other required information, also made the payments for FIRC certificate. Now its been more than  a week but I got no response so far, as it was advised by Paypal that we should send email from our Company domain I did the same but after getting no response I sent them another email using gmail just to notify them that they should check junk incase my original email may have ended up in Junk folder but still no answer from them. What can I do now ? any advice please as Citibank is not replying when I have paid the money for FIRC as well. Please suggest thanks in advance

Hi, 

 

How did you attach the Request letter? Did you scan it with your signature or just the word doc file? Do you want to share the letter format?
