Cheated by paypal and ouyilimited From reading reviews..I'm not the first one cheated. I ordered a folding bike and recieved a charger to God knows what??? No help from Paypal..they are worthless. No phone numbers or websites, all disconnected! Paypal is supposed to insure us, fat chance....no person or company wants to take responsibilty including Paypal. There are hundreds that have been cheated buy OUYI Limited.. I'm pressing charges on all involved...ALL!!!
