Changes with Ebay and Pay Pal.. Payments So many are confused.

Are we still going to be able to use Pay Pal for our Ebay Transactions?   Not understanding what or why the changes.. Could really use some help here for myself and several of my friends whom also sell.   Thank you!

Go read their NEW refund policy..........pay pal is coming scam pal!!
