I have purchased an item of depop for the value of 200+ I have felt that the seller was trying to scam me. So I raised a dispute to get my money back. The refund process has been taking place but then today I noticed that it says that the refund is cancelled. I just simply want my money back
I'm having the same problem. I raised a dispute with PayPal but the refund was canceled. The dispute shows being resolved because a refund was issued while in fact it got canceled. The scammer is abusing the system the resolve the issue and preventing from issuing another dispute. The money was never refunded.
