Can't see my message

I got a message notification on email but when I logged in to my PayPal account I can't see anything

Try to log in from a desktop and use Google Chrome and Internet Explorer and make sure to use the email address that was confirmed and verified on your PayPal account. Look for the bell icon on the top right corner of the page next to log out button. Good luck. Hope this helps. Stay safe
