I can't seem to link my card or bank to my new Paypal account which I made to pay someone on Ebay. Minutes after creating my account I had a message saying there was suspicious activity and I have attempted to resolve the issue but with no updates apart from spam email three times in three hours that my account is now 'open' I have tried contacting but to no avail so I hope some kind soul here can help me out with my problem. I want to pay this lady, its a sum of 260 pounds and I don't know how much time I have to complete the transaction, I worry it might be retracted. Thank you to those who have read all this.
