Can i open again a closed claim ???

HI !!! Can i open again a closed claim ??? because i a selt a digital key of xbox game ... i send it by ebay message buyer paid me and take the code .... and a few months desided to submit a claim against me , to get her money back . And i lost and she took a full refund . But now i have the message from ebay which proof that i send her the code key .... Can you help me please
