Hi, What I thought would be a simple and straightforward process to claim compensation has proved to be anything but simple and straightforward.
I sent a ceramic piece with UPS and it has arrived broken. I have refunded the buyer and contacted UPS which asked for the delivery code and then said, by automated message, it was the shipper's problem. I thought they were the shippers!
eBay don't seem to recognise any wordsearch for a compensation claim so I'm hoping someone out there has gone through this rigmarole before and can point me in the right direction. Thanks
