Braintree has blocked our account for over 45 days, no responde whatsoever

Hi! We have a Braintree account that has been blocked for over 45 days and we have not received any response from the Braintree service team. In reviewing the service agreements, it states that Braintree support will be through Paypal, and as in this case Braintree is not responding, we urgently need your help as the money withheld is vital to the company.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

However, we have contacted them through Facebook, Twitter, phone, and e-mail and this is our last resort, to be honest. We ARE going to migrate to Stripe, but we need to access all the money that is being blocked by Braintree/PayPal.
