I just lost an auction to a "picker" who had 136 bid retractions in the last 12 Months. I'm hoping one of the Ebay Cheerleaders who patrols this site can explain to me why Ebay condones allowing this practice. I cannot compete with someone who is not restrained in any way. I follow the rules. I thought the rules applied to everyone. Maybe I'm really naive.

What does this have to do with Paypal?

Ebay and Paypal are 2 completely different companies.

Why not ask on Ebays forums?
