Hello All
It seems the phone line at both Xoom and Paypal are doing, their Chat responses are copy and paste without explanations or the willingness to actually investigate issues, I have lost over 4500 British Pound on Paypal and they aren't willing to give it back, and I have now had a 1000 British Pounds go into thin Air on a Xoom transfer and they cannot even reply and confirm if the bank information provided are correct, it seems they have gone Bankrupt or something is really fishy, these are problems caused by both companies and they are not willing to fix them, am thinking they are basically taking or withholding people's money for whatever reason, can someone tell us if they are in financial problems?
