I'm trying to add money to my Paypal account. I tried sending money to myself using another email. I sent 10 php (philippine peso) and was notified that I got it. But with a charge of 10 php, so in effect 0 money was transfered. My first question is how can I add money to my Paypal account, what are the ways to cash in, and what are the charges? Any option that has no charges? I want it to work like an e wallet. Is it not meant be that?
My other question. When will crypto (buying, holding, and selling) be able in the philippines?
