I have purchased tens of thousands of dollars thru ebay, paid for by paypal. I sold a Certified, slabbed NGC and graded gold coin. Paypal put my mony on hold for 21 days ???. Wondering why i dont cancel paypal, ideas ?
It can be frustrating not being able to access the money that you received. It is placed on hold because of several possible reasons.
