I understand that you don't have access to your old PayPal account. If you are still experiencing difficulties when trying to access your account, please click here. Otherwise,  I would recommend trying to call our Customer Service directly.

This can be done by clicking 'Help & Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal webpage. From here, you can then click on the 'Call Us' option to be provided with the best number to call us on.
