Hi,
All of a sudden I've been getting paypal promotion emails everyday!!! Of course I made sure that I unticked all notification options (checked more than ten times) but I'm still getting at least one or two promotion emails everyday. I went through FAQs and sent a couple of emails to email center but only received two automatic emails with FAQ link.... It is driving me crazy to the point that I'd almost want to close my account.
Please advise me on what I could do and what went wrong. I sincerely do not want someone to tell me again to turn off notification options at the setting. I checked and rechecked and checked hundreds of times.
