Recurrent payments over REST API

Hello,

I want to perform recurrent payments on users that register with Paypal, but the values aren't always the same (it will depend on the usage).

For example:

• a user registers in January, paying 100€
• in Feb, there is nothing to charge
• in Mar, need to chanrge 10€
• in April, need to charge 15€
• in May, nothing to charge

Can I do this over REST API, withou the user have to confirm every payment?
