How i can defend myself from clients with unjustified claims

How i can defend myself from clients with unjustified claims ?

 

Becasuse i have a plan with paypal  , the plan is work with comision for example..

The bussines is a rent of houses or sale and im intermediary ...

The client will pay 1000 usd for a house and my comisio is a 10%  and i will charge a this client 1100 usd and i will send 1000 usd to a client B this is a owner of the house , if the client "A" have a claim ( asking them to return all their money ) and I had already sent the 1000 usd to client "B" i will lose 2100 usd ?

 

How can I defend myself for this type of case?
