An unauthorised payment of £496.00 has been taken from my paypal account which cleared my paypal account balance and also took all my money from my bank account via the debit card linked to paypal.I opened a case yesterday and paypal closed it overnight saying insufficient evidence and to write to America if I want a copy of what they have based their decision on????????????? I don't even have enough money for a stamp to America now!!!!!!!! PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME. My bank can't help because I gave my card details to paypal and paypal is someone I have transacted with before. The fraud dept cannot help with my bank loss because they need paypal to tell them it is a fraudulent transaction.
I cannot speak to anyone at paypal that can help. PLEASE, PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP ME??
