e.paypal.com PHISHING SCAM!!

I received a notice of a conflict with another paypal member from the e.paypal.com address as well. Below was paypal's automated response. Looks like they don't even know. I get redirected to https://email-edg.paypal.com site. Someone at Paypal needs to get this figured out. IT'S A SCAM!!! Paypal emails would ask you to log into your account and not give you a link to so.
