Why can't we just report scams and frauds to you **bleep**?

Received an e-mail today demanding that I update my accout or it would be canceled by February 22, 2011.  Why don't you have a site where we can forward such rubbish and have you take care of it.  You make a lot of money off my account and others.  You have hot and cold running computer experts at your beck and call.  Why don't you take care of it?  I have never had a similar problem with my charge card.  If I did, the issuer handles it.  You lazy bums.

If you go here you can

https://cms.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/marketingweb?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=security/report_proble...

Took me not even 5 minutes to find this on the main paypal page. I don't even work for Paypal and can report a phishing scam or fake email easily.

If I can do so, then can do the very same.

Paypal doesn't check your emails, naturally. So how do you expect them to remove scammers, unless you don't do your part and report the problem, rather the complain about it on the forums.

There is even a sticky topic dealing with this problem on this very forum as shown here = https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/Fraud-phishing-and-spoof/How-to-tell-if-an-email-is-from-PayPal/...

If you want to get help on something, you also need put a little effort on your part. Hopefully you find this useful and get your problem sorted.
