I recently received a phona call from +1 402 935 7733

The internet is filled with conflicting stories about this phone number.

Is it PayPal?

Now, My withdraw transaction is being reported as completed by PayPal, but the money does not show up in my bank account.

Is it possible for PayPal to show a withdraw transaction as completed even though the money does not appear in my account?
