I sold a camera lense on Ebay for $1600. The buyer paid for the lense through Paypal and once funds were in my account I shipped the lense. Three days later Paypal reversed the payment on my account. Paypal stated the buyer purchased fraudently and that is why a dispute was opened. They didn't tell me exactly why the payment was fraudulent. Anyway, they closed the dispute. I am not out of my Camera Lense as well as a negative balance on my account.
Ebay said i should try to appeal with Paypal. When I try this I can't because it is saying that Transaction cannot be disputed at this time. I suspect it is because Paypal decided to close the dispute.

I am not getting any specific answer and now am out of money and my lense. What options do I have??

This sort of thing happened to me too, and i'm trying to get answers, but no one will help!
The difference is, I sold this item 102 days before they got in contact!
