Seller Fraud

I purchased multiple items from a seller from India, worth $450 a couple of weeks back. I have not received any confirmation after I paid, or replies to phone calls or emails ever since. I am worried that the seller might be a fraud. Is my purchase protected or will I lose my money if this seller ends up being a fraud? The website is http://www.jaipuronline.biz/. Has anyone purchased from this seller before? Thanks for any information you can provide.

Welcome to the boards!

 

Based on the website, I'm assuming this is a physical good you're purchasing?  If so, just file the claim within 45 days of the date of the payment (don't forget to escalate it after filing) and you should be alright.  In this case, you would want to file it as a dispute for Non-Receipt.
