Today I received the following e-mail from "PAY PAL" it looked very official. I never click on a link in an e-mail but went to my PayPal account which did not show the purchase (I had not make a purchase). Having never been able to successfully talk to a person a PayPal who could promptly resolve ANY question or solve any problem I am posting this in the hope others will not fall for this scam. How they know that my balance is very close to the $47.85 is a mystery.
