Is info@reply48570.ppsecure.com a scam

I received an email from : info@reply48570.ppsecure.com.

I have not opened it thinking it is a scam.

I did not see it on my account as a notice.

If a scam who should I report it too ?

I do not want to open it and will bounce it if no a real notice.
