I have not received the item that was purchased on e-bay and was paid with by Paypal. When I e-mailed the seller the e-mail was returned because the e-mail account had been closed. Help!

Hello pstrullmyer,
I am sorry this happened to you, you can file a dispute on the transaction and the seller will be notified from PayPal there is a problem with the transaction. If you still do not get a response from the seller you can escalate the dispute to a claim and PayPal will review the transaction. You can file a dispute by going to your history log, locate the transaction (click on the blue details link) scroll to the bottom of the page and click on report a problem. I hope this helps.
