A buyer purchased an item from me, requested a different mail to address and when recived posted positive feedback on the site that I have a store.
How can the sale be declared UNAUTHORIZED when they purchased, recieved even commented ?
I have second person just yesterday who purchased 2 items.
Today she writes that I withdrew money illegally and it was not authorized.
I have no access to her account.
She purchased from me.
I figure this one is crazy and refunded the money
BUT I do not get: UNAUTHORIZED?

It could have been someone that stile the credit card information and used it to buy something from you.
You co-operated by sending the item to a different address.
Call the police and lay charges - you have the scammer's address, let the police pay them a visit.
Or send the Postal inspectors - they're even nastier.
