Buyer's Fraud! Please help!

I have a opened case from the buyer "cabrio0912" for $54.90

The problem is that I have never sold any items to that buyer "cabrio0912".

To Resolve a problem in Resolution Center that needs to choose "I haven't received my payment yet." and choose "Unpaid transaction with user id" but I have never had that "cabrio0912" in my sold list.

Beside I am new on ebay and there is only 20 transaction that I sold and it's very easily recognize this problem.

Please let me know what should I do?

Do you actually see a case when you sign into Paypal or are you just being informed about it through an email?

If it's an email, it's likely a scam.  Don't open any attachments.
