There is this seller from Templateshares.net.
My account is hacked and someone made purchase of his product (downloadable product) on 25 Dec. Within a few hours after I found this out, I wrote to seller requesting cancellation of this order because this is in accordance with their refund policy and they have not even confired this order yet (they need time to confirm payment). Pls refer to below message and screenshot:

Comments Your order has been confirmed and being processed which may take up to 48 hours.
Once everything is completed we will inform you via PM. Please check back soon.
Thereafter never receive any update after this message.
The seller Daniz Tas never responded in paypal or whatever. So I have to open a dispute but this was rejected by paypal after seller provided some download reference.
If this is the way paypal protects its buyers, then I can not understand what kind of protection paypal provides.
Anyone know what I should do in this case?
