I Have about 1 year old account and already accepted many payment especially from freelancer(https://freelancer.com) also from other payment (usually more than 100$). But just now i got paid by one of my customer and it is being held

note: I dont sell in ebay,but it is being put as ebay seller. i don't understand this

was your issue resolved? I dont understand this holding of fund for 21 f****g days. Mine is being held too.
