My money was gone, where will I check?

Hello!

 I already check the transaction (activity).  When I pay, I used the Credit card using the

Paypal, I was surprised that my money amounting to 14$ was gone and what's left is 0.78$.

Does the Paypal has auto-deduct system when I pay using my credit card through Paypal?

Does the Payment Sent means that it is auto deduct? Because I just saw a negative sign before

the amount in the Payment Sent section under Activity section.

Need some answer.  Thanks
