Bank issuer payment gateway tru debit/credit card

Hi All,

I have a question.

I install paypal into my prestashop. 

I did try a purchase with paypal payment and I select pay by credit/debit card option.

When I keyed in all particular information, it will directly charge on card without request bank OTP or TAC no. from the user.

I worried about the fraud case if without the authorization of the card holder with the OTP.

Kindly help me about that.
