why am I being charged over a dollar amount on my credit card each month?

It's been a while since I have sold on Ebay and used Pay Pal but I am seeing a charge on my credit card for approx: $1.20 + cents.  What is that for?

Apparently they don't have to let you know anything when they plan to take money out of your card or account. I just had a random dollar taken from mine with no notification that caused my transactions to cancel... Their excuse? Oh yea, we do that sometimes. Well thanks for the heads up Paypal, and you know what you can do with that dollar!

Login to your PayPal account... do you see the $1.20 payment on your PayPal account overview page or PayPal account history page?

If yes, click on the payment's "Details" link... what information is displayed there?
