what are the fees for using paypal? is there a monthly fee or something?

i sold my iphone to ebay for $200 and i got $200 deposited into my account. i didnt see any fees.

can someone help?

If you are sending money from paypal to another paypal, then there are no fees.

That is not true. I just had a pal send me money through PayPal, and I got stuck with a fee.
