Why my A/C was debited with late fee/interest when a credit balance of USD4.88 was standing to my A/c?

I'm sorry if you have received any late fees or interest.  PayPal does not charge any interest or late fees.  If you see anything of this nature in association with the PayPal name, it is possible that you may have been charged late fees or interest on a PayPal credit product like the PayPal Extras Mastercard.

This credit product is hosted by GE Money Bank.  If you are concerned about fees associated with that product, please contact them using the phone number on the back of the card.
