I'm assuming you're talking about a form that represents the amount of money you earned by selling through your PayPal account - PayPal does not produce these sorts of statements. If you require assistance producing such documentation, I would recommend Downloading your History section.
If you are enrolled in the Money Market Fund, we do send out a form reporting dividends if you have earned over $10 in the calendar year. By default, it's a virtual form you can download.
