I am a small girl scout troop leader. I was going to use paypal to get payment for cookies from out of town people. Am I reading this right? I will be charged 3% per transaction? When did this happen? The buyers would be fine to pay this but our troop can't afford this at all. Is there an option here?
You need to go elsewhere, ebay and paypal is all one company and makes 10% on all transactions, plus you may have to wait 21 days for your money. Get money orders or checks because they want you to put tracking on everything, at .80 cents a piece, please. Ebay and Paypal is out what it used to be, and the sad part about it is, they don't really care how you feel, take it or leave it.
