Ok I'm new to paypal but I used it to purchase things from eBay and that is all I did twice in one day only. So since I was using a debit card (for security reasons) I was left with like $0.03 in my balance and I just came on today to add more funds and I saw my balance was now $0.00 and I mean I don't really care about the three pennies at all.. I just want to know if it is a fee or if I was somehow hacked into or something so that I can change my password or straight up stop using Paypal. Thank you in advance!
