Paying someone using "Personal" as "gift" is there NO fees?

Just curious,
I thought when we pay someone using personal payment..shouldnt there be no fees?

RedRock,
You are correct in most "Personal" payments, there are no fees associated with sending the money.
However; if you choose to send money to someone using a credit card, there will be credit card processing fees that need to be paid. When sending them as a personal payment, the sender can choose to pay for the fees themselves or choose to have the receiver pay the fees.
I hope this clarifies any confusion you may have had with the process..
