PayPal Fees Reimbursed When Item is Returned by Buyer???

Hello!

Does anyone know if the PayPal fees are reimbursed to the seller if a buyer returns a product purched on eBay? I recently sold a $650 item that a buyer wants to return. PayPal hit me with about $19 in transaction fees. The buyer claims that PayPal will reimburse this. Is this true?

Yes, this is true as long as you use the refund button associated with that transaction (within Paypal).
