I have been buying on Ebay for quite a while, and never have received a negative feedback. I recently started selling on Ebay and have had limits put on the amount of items I can sell and also the amount of money that I am able to earn. I would think that a good feedback record would be helpful when you are selling. The most confusing part of this is not knowing how long the limitations will be in effect It seems as though Paypal collects the money very quickly for themselves. It also seems unfair to pay a fee to receive money and then pay a Final Value Fee for the item that was sold, not to mention listing, insertion and photo fees. I know there are probably other fees, and I have been reading about "fees" and the explanations for the fees are not very clear.
