HELP, 1st time user Question

I want to bid on an item on ebay that is only $1.04 and free shipping. Will paypal charge anything for using their system? This is my first time using paypal and dont really understand everything and dont want any surprises. Please help and thank you

PayPal doesn't charge any fees to the buyer. Click here and here to read some of the basic help center questions/answers.

Don't be surprised if there's a handling charge on that order - nobody can sell something and provide free shipping for that small an amount.

PayPal won't charge the buyer, but chargers the seller.
