We are having an issue using the Express Checkout, where our customers are picking a shipping type either before they are sent to checkout or during the checkout on PalPay's site. During testing I've discovered it works fine in Sandbox mode, but in live mode none of the SHIPPINGOPTION values are returned, the code submitting the request is the same in both cases, the only difference I can see is using the sandbox I get an older version of the UI.
In case anyone else comes across this, in my case it was a problem on PayPal's side, and after contacting Merchant Technical support they fixed it for me.
