Re: Error message on payment

Here I attach the message from the caring company of my website  : 

"We are using Paypal Express Checkout and here are two transactions, one of them loads as normal where as the other shows the previous error message. Both transactions are identical, we are not sending anything different which is why we are stumped on what's going on, we do not receive any errors through out the process until the user is redirected to the paypal page (which is sometimes shown and other times works perfectly).
