Hello,
we are using the old NVP flow for digital goods in our games. After several user reports we found out that the Paypal login fails when users have set their Paypal profile to confirm purchases with an SMS code.
We call dg.startFlow(URL); and the login popup shows up to the user. They enter their login credentials and click login. If they have no SMS codes enabled in their profile the login and purchase continue as expected. If they have SMS code confirmations enabled, the login will fail with with an invalid credentials error message.
Is this a bug? Any chance this could be fixed by Paypal? Or do we have to change the way we are starting the payments?
Changing the expType to any of the supported values does not make a difference.
Thanks in advance,
Ruben
