Hi everyone,
I am trying to programmatically refund a payment authorization for an order that failed but i am getting error 10011:
Transaction refused because of an invalid transaction id value
I saved transaction id in the database right after the authorization, and using it to issue a refund.
I saw that the database value and the one showed in my payments history match, but everytime i run the script I get the same error.
Why is this happening? Is there a way to see if my API requests are processed correctly?
Thanks for any help.
Marco

With an authorization there is nothing to refund. No money has been moved yet. It's simply been authorized. For an authorization you can Void it using DoVoid.
