Where can I get to my API credentials?

Following the advice here: https://www.paypal.com/gb/selfhelp/article/faq3196

I cannot even see any Profile link or Selling tools option on my paypal page, I have a personal account but have set up the API credentials before, years ago when these instructions may have been valid, but I simply can't find them now.

Hi, try in this way, first login to your PayPal account and then click on this direct link

It will show the 3 classic NVP/SOAP API credentials: Username, Password, Signature
