Request invoice fees via API

Hi all,

 

is it possible to request transaction fees for invoices via PayPal-API?

For credit-card and wallet-payments, the payment Response contains a field like "transaction-fee", but the invoice-response not. Is there another way of request transaction fees for invoices?
