A person sent me 7 plants. I bought 6 plants from her and one she sent for free. One of the plants that I paid for was not the plant that she sold to me. I opened a case with paypal and she is now requesting to send all plants back to her. But I only want the refund for the plant from her. She also charged me $17 for shipment and paid $12.55. She said that she did not send the plant that she sold to me because it did not fit into the box. What can I do now? The only option with the case seems to be to send all of the plants back, which I do not want to do because only one plant is the wrong plant.
